Returns Policy

CLOTHING: Please verify the size you are ordering is correct BEFORE you order. Size charts are available in every shirt listing. If an incorrect size is ordered, we will ask you to pay to ship it back to us as well as additional shipping to get the replacement to you.

METAL ARTWORK: You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom work cannot be returned. 

NO refund will be issued for a package marked as undeliverable or refused at delivery. If you receive a damaged package, return it immediately to your Post Office. If an item has been lost in transit, we will initiate a claim, but must wait a minimum of 30 days to file due to US Post Office requirements.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship via the US Post Office, either First Class or Priority Mail. We will combine shipping with orders, and refund overcharges due to this. T-shirt and metalwork orders are almost always shipped the day after the order is placed, but guaranteed to ship within 3 business days unless they are a custom item that must be produced. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items while in transit.

We gladly ship internationally. Please be aware that you may be subject to import taxes and duties once the merchandise reaches your country. These additional costs must be borne by you. Please be aware that we must list the value of an order on the customs form and what its contents are. We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise, no exceptions.

Damaged / Lost packages - All packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they leave our store. Any claims must be made through that carrier for damage that occurred during shipping or a lost package. Please make sure to have the tracking number available in order to process a claim with them.
